EMAPI is a Joint Entity for the Administration of the Industrial Park.
A tripartite entity created in mid-2004, by municipal ordinance with the purpose of adding value to the industrial area of Concordia by integrating the Public and Private Sectors of the city and also integrating the industries located there in order to make them an active part of this revaluation.

For this reason, the Institutional organization of the ENTITY is arranged in such a way that all the sectors involved fulfill a specific and essential function.
Thus, its Board of Directors is made up of a representative of the municipality of Concordia, who exercises the Presidency of the Entity; a representative of the Businessmen and a Representative of the Intermediate Institutions of Concordia, all of them Directors.
LOGISTICS AND SUPPORT FOR NEW PROJECTS
In order to make the different establishment projects viable, EMAPI has a monitoring team that provides permanent logistical support in the preparation of the projects that must be submitted to the Implementing Agencies, both at the municipal, provincial and national levels.
